Centerpieces
Our venue provides a standard centerpiece for each table of a mirrored tile base, 3 votive candles, a hurricane vase and a white taper candle. I think we're going to use the mirror and the votives, but skip the rest of it. Our florist is going to add a centerpiece that is a mix of a few low arrangements made up of hydrangea and roses. Our table numbers will also be worked into the design.
Linens
Our tables will have floor length white tablecloths, black napkins, and white striped chair covers with black organza bows. It's pretty basic, but it matches our black, silver and pink color scheme, and I think it looks great. The chair covers were included, or I would have skipped them altogether. But I have to say, I'm kind of happy we get them. I like them better than the icky green chairs.
Cocktail Tables
In the area where our cocktail hour will be, we will have a mix of cocktail tables and highboys set up. Each will have a white tablecloth, black accent cloth, and silver/white candle on it.
Crane Trees
For our guest book table, place card table and gift table, we're going to spray paint manzanita branches silver, and arrange them in tall cylinder vases. Then I'm going to make paper cranes out of black, silver, pink and white paper to hang from the branches!
