The Venue!

I'm so excited about our venue!!  For our ceremony and reception, we've reserved the 25th floor of a hotel in midtown Atlanta.  It's a fantastic space with floor to ceiling windows all around, and a great view of the downtown Atlanta skyline.  I'm hoping that we'll be able to get out onto the rooftop pool to take some pictures as well!

The Food

During the cocktail hour, we'll have a fruit and cheese display and an anti pasto display set up.  There will also be waiters passing trays of sun dried tomato bruschetta, seared ahi tuna on a wonton crisp, and rosemary lamb on crostini.

Salad
Boston Bibb lettuce with red peppers, walnuts, strawberries and citrus fruit.  Served with a Citrus Vinaigrette

Choices of Entree
Filet Mignon served with a merlot demi sauce and wild mushroom risotto cake.
Chicken stuffed with orzo and kalamata olives, topped with tomato fondue.  Paired with two jumbo garlic shrimp
Coriander crusted Mahi Mahi topped with mango pineapple salsa
Vegetarian Wonton purse stuffed with roasted vegetables and israeli cous cous

Dessert
Wedding Cake.  Chocolate and Vanilla cake with a layer of hazelnut filling.
